Paul V. Ika, PhD

Paul V. Ika, PhD was a career polymer and materials scientist before he founded Professional Dynamics Group (MR of Northborough, MA). After obtaining his MS and PhD degrees in polymer science, he spent 22 years in corporate America in the areas of concept to commercialization of polymers/plastics based new product development, R&D, innovation, QA and technical service. In addition he had 14 years of running his own successful marketing and distribution company overseeing recruitment, training & development and client/business development.

Dr. Ika helped develop and pioneer several new products and processes in the areas of materials in general and polymers in particular, polymer composites, coated abrasives, bonded abrasives, superabrasives, nanocomposites, nano materials, polymer coatings on paper, fabric, fibers, nonwovens, design of nonwovens, automotive plastics, coatings, extrusions, LCD/glass surface protective plastic films, food/non-food/industrial packaging with polypropylene, polyethylene, aseptic packaging, biodegradable/biosustainable packaging.

Dr. Ika has a firm and solid understanding of various client companies' needs in the above functionalities and practice areas so that best and brightest human talent is searched for and presented to the client companies with the sole purpose of making long lasting impact on their profitability, global competitiveness, quality, innovation and cost savings.

Sue Ika plays many significant roles in Professional Dynamics Group (PDG) with her main focus on being a Project Coordinator. Sue Ika comes to PDG with over ten years of successful marketing, recruiting, and business management experience of running her own marketing and distribution company.
